Policies and Rules

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in. 5% deduction for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Resort Rules:

Guests must agree to your house rules before they book.

All guests are required to follow our standard requirements, which include having a confirmed phone number, email address, as well as agreeing to our house rules.
